We need an eu library know-how centre to coordinate developments in the european library sector and to promote research and complementary education in the field. un centre européen des bibliothèques est nécessaire pour coordonner les dossiers concernant les bibliothèques et la recherche dans ce domaine et pour promouvoir la formation complémentaire.
